There was a need for a brokerage to concentrate on the entry level to mid-size investor. Being an investor himself, Jeff Ehlert, the Broker Owner, decided that there was a place for individuals or small group investors to work with agents who could take care of those specific needs and goals. Over time, the brokerage expanded its focus by incorporating agents who enjoy the many facets of real estate. Now our office works with clients- individuals, small to midsize investors, and corporate inventors.
